Please review these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before creating an account or using any features of the Dafabet platform. By completing the registration process and opening an account (“Account”), you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.
These Terms govern all interactions you have with the Dafabet website (“Website”), the services offered (“Services”), and any wagering activity carried out through the platform (“Bet”). The original and authoritative version of these Terms, including the Rules and Regulations and the Privacy Policy, is drafted in English. Any translation is provided purely for user convenience; in the event of any inconsistency, the English version will be the controlling document.
1. Overview
1.1 Dafabet (the “Company”) provides this remote betting and gaming platform throughdafwin.com. The Company is authorised to operate online gambling services under licences issued in Curaçao. Additional regulatory oversight applies in certain regions:
- Great Britain: dafwin.com is operated by SCGO, a Maltese company (registration C4592) regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, licence number 44662.
- Spain: Activities are conducted under a General Gambling Licence held by Eurasia Solutions PLC, issued by the Spanish Directorate for the Regulation of Gambling.
- Kenya: Asian Betting and Gaming Enterprises Africa Ltd holds BCLB Licence No. 845.
2. Contracting Parties
2.1 The contractual relationship created by these Terms exists between you and the Company, referred to throughout as “We”, “Us” or “Our”.
3. Scope and Amendments
3.1 Accessing the Website, registering an Account, or placing any Bet constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and the other documents referenced herein. If inconsistencies arise, these Terms take precedence.
3.2 These Terms became effective on 1 March 2024. The Company may update them when required by law, regulatory guidance, operational needs, or service-related reasons. The current version is always available via the Website footer.
3.3 For material changes, reasonable notice will be provided. Minor adjustments may occur without prior notification, and continued use of the Website signifies acceptance.
3.4 Notifications may be delivered via email, account message, or online notice. You may also be asked to confirm acceptance through a checkbox or similar method. Continuing to use the Services constitutes agreement to the revised Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Services and may close your Account.
3.5 Changes affecting how your funds are held will require explicit acknowledgment. If you decline, you must discontinue use of the Services and may close your Account.
4. Account Creation and Management
4.1 Only registered users may access the Company’s betting Services.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal details and keep them updated. Failure to do so may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. You agree to provide verification documents upon request and consent to the Company carrying out lawful identity checks. Registration acceptance is at the Company’s discretion.
4.3 By opening an Account, you confirm that:
- You are not accessing the Website from a location where gambling or the use of the Website is prohibited.
- You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction, including but not limited to the United States, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Australia, Singapore, Israel, and others listed in the original Terms.
- You understand the financial risk involved and accept responsibility for any losses.
- You meet the Relevant Age requirement (18 or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and have not been self-excluded or previously banned by the Company.
4.4 You may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed at the Company’s discretion.
4.5 To protect customer funds, random security checks may be performed. Additional documents may be required to confirm identity.
4.6 You are responsible for reviewing your Account balance regularly. Any discrepancy must be reported within 30 days. Failure to notify the Company within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the balance as displayed.
5. Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering
5.1 You confirm that the personal details provided during registration are correct and that all funds deposited belong to you.
5.2 You authorise the Company to conduct verification checks as needed, including requests for additional documentation related to deposits or identity.
5.3 While checks are ongoing, access to withdrawals or parts of the Website may be temporarily restricted.
5.4 The Company may request notarised identification, proof of address, bank statements, or other documents. Until satisfactory verification is completed, activity may be limited or the Account closed if false information is suspected.
5.5 If you are found to be under the Relevant Age at the time of betting:
- The Account will be closed.
- All transactions made while underage will be void.
- Deposits will be refunded where possible.
- Any winnings will be forfeited, and withdrawn sums must be repaid if demanded.
